Emma Mutch

When I first joined Equilibrium in 2005, we were only a small team, and it has been exciting to see just how much the company has evolved over the years.

I had previously worked in the insurance industry but wanted a more client-focused role with a friendly working atmosphere, and so I joined Equilibrium as a Receptionist. I thoroughly enjoy meeting and getting to know our clients and being part of such a fantastic team.

When I am not at work, I am known as a big cat lover, who also enjoys doing escape rooms with my friends, watching musicals, or getting away at the weekend for long country walks with my husband.
