Matt Dobson

I first joined Equilibrium in 2007 on a nine-month placement year whilst at university. After completing my degree in business studies and spending a few years working and travelling abroad, I returned to Equilibrium in 2011 and have enjoyed seeing the company grow and develop a strong culture.

I have enjoyed progressing from administrator to my current role of Advisory Client Manager and team leader. Currently, the majority of my time is spent managing a bank of clients, implementing advice and leading a team of client managers, supporting them to achieve their full potential along with getting involved with some project work as the company continues to grow.

I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the company, the generous benefits package and knowing that I am unlikely to have two days that are the same.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with the family, trying to keep fit and supporting Newcastle United.
