The Equilibrium Foundation

Our purpose of making people’s lives better wouldn’t be complete without making a positive difference in the lives of those in our community. That’s why, in 2010, we established the Equilibrium Foundation. Having already smashed our initial target of raising £250k for charitable organisations by 2020, we have upped our goal to £4m (yes, £4m!) by August 2028.

The whole Equilibrium team is on board with our approach to helping the community.  As a result of our team’s generous Give As You Earn contributions, we have achieved the diamond status which is the highest possible Payroll Giving Award. In addition to this, every single team member receives three paid volunteer days a year, and our team of Charity Champions organise volunteer days in the local community to give back to worthwhile causes and organisations.
